Description:
- Coordinating and communicating with the clients and logistics partner .
Monitoring and following up import shipment and checks the shipment status regularly.- Maintaining control and ensuring all import processes.
Track and record all the keeping processes and maintaining records of all entering products.
- Ensuring shipping and related documents are aligned with product purchase order and other relevant details.
Preparing and obtaining the necessary documents and special permits required for an incidental fees like storage, demurrage and detention- Perform product registration with FDA for new products and renewal of existing ones before expiration including liaising with FDA.
Qualification:- Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Custom Administration / Supply Chain or related field.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing / distributor company engaging international trade, logistics, and/or Import / Export operations.
- Knowledgeable in International Trade Law, International Commercial Laws (Incoterms), computation of duties & taxes, and foreign payment transaction.
Must have demonstrated knowledge of export / import functions and terminologies.- Export about freight charges, shipping documentation, customs processes, and procedures.
Ability to input, edit , retrieve, transmit and link data using spreadsheets, word processing databases and other software applications / programs.
- Knowledgeable in FDA & Regulatory process.
