Job Description

A. Operations
  • Solicit and attend in customer bookings throughout the entire process of Import and Exportation
Prepare and review shipping documents, including HBL, MBL, commercial invoices, packing list, and Certificates of origin
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their import and export logistics requirements
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and monitor the entire logistics procedure. (Operations, Principal and Accounting)
Assist in resolving issues related to shipments, delays, and customers clearance
  • Facilitate smooth communication between clients, carriers, and customs authorities
Timely preparation and processing of shipping documentation (Import and Export) ex.HBL, MBL, Billing documents, Carriers Invoice
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues related to logistics services
Stay informed about industry developments and proactively share relevant information with customers
  • Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned

t Avoid unnecessary charges such as amendment and late manifest
  • Provides up to date details to avoid demurrage detention
  • C. Customer Satisfaction
Provides timely accurate and complete information
  • Identify and assess customer if needs to achieve satisfaction
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provider appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Follow communication guidelines and policies
  • D. Personal Development
Establish work development needs
  • Make changes on the path to development
Develop an action plan
  • Increase productivity


Requirement :
  • Must be a graduate of BS Administration / BS Customs Administration
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Background or experience with Logistic/Shipping/Freight Forwarding
Willing to be train
  • Good communication and presentation skills
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Amenable to work/relocate in San Pedro, Laguna
