_Qualifications:_

• Candidate must be at least a College level

At least 2-5 years experience as Dispatcher in FCL

• Must be knowledgeable in Truck Dispatching and Monitoring

Must be familiar with truck routes (NCR, Laguna, Bulacan)

• Familiar with Tabs Booking and Liquidation

Planning of Truck Schedule

• Leadership experience is an advantage

Amenable to work in Paraaque. Can start asap.

• Coordination and Scheduling:
• Schedule and dispatch vehicles or drivers to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.

Schedule and dispatcher Transport Representatives (ESCORTS) to appropriate locations.

• Ensure efficient routing and use of resources to optimize delivery or transportation schedules.

Monitor routes in real-time to respond to changing conditions or emergencies.

• Communication:
• Communicate with drivers, escorts, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Provide information to drivers regarding routes, traffic, and any special instructions or changes.

• Handle brokers inquiries and resolve issues or complaints related to transportation services.

Sending of email pre advise to shipping lines for empty container return.

• Coordinate with brokers for upcoming deliveries.

• Documentation and Record-Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch orders, routes, and drivers activities.

Prepare reports on transportation activities such as mileage, fuel usage, toll fees and delivery times.

• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.

Verifying and Signing of Transport Budget (Vouchers).

• Keep records and schedule of Defensive Driving Seminar of delivery personnel.

Keep records and schedule of Road Worthiness Inspection of all vehicles used for deliveries.

• Ensure that all documents needed for the delivery are complete.

Problem Solving and Decision Making:

Address logistical problems and find solutions to ensure timely deliveries or pickups.

Adjust schedules or routes in response to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.

• Make decisions regarding the allocation of resources and prioritization of tasks.

• Technology Utilization:
• Use transportation management software and GPS systems to track vehicles and monitor drivers.

Utilize digital communication tools for efficient coordination and documentation.

• Reserve TABS Booking slots for loaded and empty container.

Secure CY Online Bookings for empty container returns.

• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure that drivers comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs as needed.

• Promote a culture of safety among drivers and transportation staff.

Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors for memo.

• Ensuring that all delivery personnel are aware of Quickflo's safety procedures.

• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other dispatchers, supervisors, and managers to coordinate overall transportation operations.

Collaborate with warehouse staff or shipping/receiving departments to coordinate logistics.

• Scheduling of other Transport Dispatcher's duty hours.

Verifying and Signing of Leaves. (VL or SL)

• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate information to broker regarding deliveries or transportation services.

Address broker concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
