Qualification Requirements- Graduate of any Business related courses.
- Lives within Carreta Cebu City.
- Duties and Responsibilities
Answering arrival inquiries through email and phone.
- Handles co-load shipments (sending arrival notice, updating cargo status & request payment).
Request DO and endorsed BL to the co-loader and send to ultimate consignee/broker.- Follow-up actual arrival and berthing to shipping line/co-loader.
Sending daily status to consignees (ATA & ATB, container status).
- Assist import documentation in sending arrival notice & encoding manifest to system.
Encoding consol and co-load documents to system.- Encoding and requesting supplier invoice (PS) for the inland shipments.
Follow-up billing charges to shipping line and co-loader.
- Updating cargo release date to system.
Sending deposit slip to accounting department. Receives other instructions from Department Head and performs other duties as may be required.
