Implementations Specialist (Client onboarding)

Summary:

Seeking for an Implementations Analyst to work for a home care management software platform that includes mobile and telephony EVV, scheduling, billing, and claims management capabilities. Our team is seeking a full-time, talented team member to fulfill Implementation Analyst & Trainer responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions that address the specific needs of our agencies.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new agencies.
• Collaborate with our Software Platform Educator to collect feedback from agencies to identify areas for improvement to enhance the training experience.
• Stay up to date on software updates to provide accurate and relevant training.
• Maintain documentation on the status of training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional training delivery skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and engage learners of varying backgrounds.
• Strong customer service skills. Commitment to providing outstanding customer support and assistance to clients.
• Proven ability to build relationships. Ability to foster positive and productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Advance skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Zendesk Support, and online meeting platforms.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
