Your Role: Implementation Support Specialist I
The agents will be responsible for entering data accurately and timely into our admin or Funnel systems to assist us in setting up new and existing clients to use Funnel.
Implementation Support Specialist II
Same as Tier 1 but would be the higher position and main difference is leading more projects + helping team develop more tools. (excel documents + formulas)
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
The candidates must be able to work from multiple screens to enter data from Google sheets or Google docs correctly into our system. They must have timely completion of tasks and be communicative about the status of what they have been assigned.
Preferred Skills and expertise
Candidates should have experience with data entry.
