Job Summary
- Handles projects to design, develop, enhance, test and launch GTB Products, specifically online channels for Cash Management Services. Launch of new or enhanced products are tools needed to maximize profits, deepen banking relations and to increase CASA volumes as the primary selling or cross-sell strategy in line with RCBC's business objectives.
How will you contribute
- Works closely with:
- o Other GTB Divisions, CBG, RBG and Branch Relationship Managers to determine client's cash management requirement/s
- o Develops and designs products that will fit client's needs to be taken as a general solution to cater to several industries/market segments
- Maps client's requirement/s with:
- o The existing solutions being offered by the bank
- o The bank's operating system
- Monitors profitability and client's response to the solution offered
- Obtains information to:
- o Support product development efforts to make feasible & competitive products
- o Establish competitive and profitable pricing models
- o Orchestrate/design effective marketing materials/promotions to drive revenue
- Conducts product training/briefings to other GTB Divisions, CBG RM's and RCBC Branch Marketing Personnel.
- Understands and complies to all applicable internal policies and government laws and regulations.
- Performs enrollments and administration set-up to enable customers with their chosen e-channel platform/s.
