Payments is a premier service provider of Payment solutions comprising of Treasury Services Products, Merchant Acquiring, Global Trade and Commercial Card. As an Implementations Manager in Payments, you will ensure our client will have a positive onboarding experience by having ownership of client experience and overall project & solution deliverables.

Job responsibilities:

  • Participate in sales process to position and differentiate J.P. Morgan's implementation strengths and value.
  • Lead implementation projects comprising of client-facing activities such as workshops to refine solutions, establish project plans and governance, conduct product testing and manage legal documentation.
  • Consult client to improve their treasury, finance or business operations through adoption and operation of J.P. Morgan Payment technology and product solutions proposed at the sales process.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and controls policies and procedures with active focus on risk management
  • Drive improvements to J.P. Morgan Payment global operating model with internal partners to deliver high client satisfaction and internal efficiencies.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelors degree holder
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in Transaction Banking, Corporate Finance or Payment service providers like Fintech or Merchant Acquiring
  • Superior leadership and teamwork demonstrating ability to work independently in a matrix, cross-functional, global organization
  • Demonstrable self-motivation, initiative, and strong client focus
  • Detail oriented and methodical required for strong project management discipline

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Held positions in client facing roles and proven or certified project management experience preferred
  • Technical familiarity with file/data transfer technologies like API, SFTP, ISOxml, etc would be an advantage
  • User or developer experience in enterprise applications like SAP, Oracle, Ariba, etc specifically in the finance/treasury modules would be an advantage
