Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.- Preferably 3 years Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Experience in Import and Export is preferred
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Excellent in analytical skills and attention to details.
Flexible and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Responsible for the documentation, coordination and monitoring of supply chain and logistics operations of the import and export business to ensure timely completion and fulfillment of orders.
Coordinates with Broker, Forwarder, Trucker on import and export shipments
Monitoring the status including the up-to-date tracking and resolution of issues with import and export
Responsible for the incoming and outgoing shipments, systematic maintenance of Import / Export files, records and processing of other related documents, permits and clearance
Sourcing of new brokers and forwarders with competitive rates
Performs other duties as assigned by the management
