Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Impex and Purchasing Staff at Tabacalera Incorporada in Carmona. The Impex and Purchasing Staff will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, purchase management, purchase orders, and overall purchasing activities. The role will require strong analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure efficient inventory management. The Impex and Purchasing Staff will also collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and manage supplier relationships.

This includes preparation and documentation of import and export shipments and prepare documents needed for complying necessary import and export permits/licenses (BIR, NTA, BOC, BPI, Tariff)

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration
