Impact Manager who is passionate about advancing the Kingdom of God and serving off-grid communities nationwide by bringing renewable solutions for their development.
The Impact Manager
is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's sustainability initiatives and social impact strategies. He or she will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure sustainability is integrated into all aspects of the business and align with corporate goals.
The Impact Manager
will have management responsibility for the following functions:
- Strategic Planning and Implementation:
Track and update company's quantitative and qualitative impact and prepare Impact Reports for key stakeholders.- Executes Impact-Related programs, events, projects on Pillar Days, i.e., Impact Day (on HSSi's anniversary) and Impact Awards (around the MCPI annual meeting)
Build the Impact Programs team and provide clarity on strategies, processes, results/KPIs, and culture.
- Leading the development of the Hybrid Impact Network and Solar Village Support Network, including managing partner relationships across both.
Aligning with the HSSi and SVF leadership on time allocation, team budgets, and deliverables for each organization.
- We're looking for candidate with the following competencies:
Passionate about impact-driven actions within an organization Has knowledge of financial planning, including budget development- Has experience in developing and presenting sustainable business concepts, training, and emerging technologies
Has extensive knowledge of local, regional, and national emerging sustainable business strategies, ROI analysis, and other key sustainability tools and techniques
- Understands cost-benefit analysis in the selection of sustainable business strategies
Has the ability to construct and direct a network of sustainable business resources
Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies, Economics, or any social Science;- A master's degree in sustainability, or a related field would be an advantage
