Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and promptly address their issues.
  • Develop relationships with key client personnel.
  • Create tailored plans to meet client's business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison for client concerns resolution and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support the sales team in promoting additional services or products to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms by both the company and clients.
  • Collaborate with different teams to meet client needs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
  • Highly organized and methodical to structure tasks and processes efficiently
