- Ensures that all necessary information and documents concerning outbound cargoes through the agents, internal / external customer are promptly and accurately disseminated to concerned parties
- Handles inquires on the departure of vessels with various shipping lines and co-loaders
- In charge of weekly reservation and booking with shipping lines, upon receipt of Job Order from OD
- Prepare TOR for ODS TOM creation ( if required)
- Ensures shipment ID are available in CW1 before vessel's departure
- Prepares final proforma Bill of lading for submission to shipping lines and co-loaders on or before vessel's departure
- Proofreads or checks if there are data discrepancies between House and Master Bills of Lading
- On-time filling of Manifest ( ACI / AMS / AFR)
- Amends bill of lading of shipping line, co-loaders and agents concerned prior vessel's arrival at destination
- Sends pre-alert and/or shipping documents to destination office via e-mail or courier service (if required)
- Coordinates trucking and/or brokerage requirement of shipment, if required
- Ensure on time, complete and accurate turnover of documentation, rates (selling & cost) to designated biller.
- Prepares request for check/payment for freight and other related bills
- Assists client on their booking requirements and other inquiries related to export shipments
- Make sure that Official Receipts are uploaded on time
- Ensure to meet the KPI KRA (Productivity, Accuracy, Events Data Quality , speed of invoicing)
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
Qualification and Experience
- Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Customs Admin, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
- Has minimum of three (3) years working experience on Freight Forwarding/Logistics Industry
- Knowledgable in Customs, E2M, manifest preparation
- Possesses strong communication abilities
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel
- Availability to work extended hours, if needed
