- Job Summary: As an IELTS Instructor at EduGet Global, you will play a crucial role in preparing students for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. You will deliver engaging and effective instruction, develop tailored lesson plans, and provide comprehensive support to help students achieve their desired IELTS scores. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our clients through their educational and migration goals.
Conduct IELTS preparation classes covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
- Create and implement lesson plans that address different skill levels and learning styles.
Use innovative teaching techniques and resources to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Administer practice tests and assignments to assess student progress and readiness.- Provide detailed, constructive feedback on practice tests, homework, and class performance.
Develop personalized study plans and strategies to help students overcome specific challenges.
Offer guidance and motivation to students throughout their IELTS preparation journey.
- Provide support on test-taking strategies, time management, and exam stress management.
Conduct one-on-one sessions for students requiring additional assistance or clarification.
- Curriculum and Resource Development:
Contribute to the development and enhancement of IELTS preparation materials and resources.- Stay updated with the latest IELTS test formats, scoring criteria, and educational trends.
Customize and update teaching resources based on student feedback and performance.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment outcomes.
- Prepare reports and communicate with the education and migration teams regarding student progress.
Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions.
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching IELTS preparation courses.
- Proven track record of helping students achieve high IELTS scores.
Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective lesson plans tailored to student needs.
Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
