Job Description- Develop, implement, and maintain robust security measures and controls to protect the organization's technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
- Design and implement Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure and controlled access to critical systems and resources.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and recommend remediation measures.
- Monitor network traffic and system logs for suspicious activities and security breaches, and respond promptly to security incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, development, and compliance, to implement security best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and analyze security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and develop corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices, and proactively implement security enhancements to mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation, and provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
- Participate in security architecture reviews and provide recommendations for enhancing the security posture of existing and new systems and technologies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on security-related matters, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technology Guardian Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in cybersecurity, Identity Access Management (IAM), and network/server security.
- Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access controls.
- In-depth knowledge of network and server security principles, protocols, and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and encryption.
- Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, endpoint protection solutions, and vulnerability scanning tools.
- Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks related to cybersecurity, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on evolving cybersecurity threats and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
