Responsible for the sales activity of the organization inclusive of the following functions: sales distribution, supply & control, quality assurance & sales administration. Establish the sales objective, policies, standards & schedules to ensure quality & cost effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales/Profit Generation:
- Ensures that the business operations generate maximum profit by developing overall strategic and directional plans for all products/market.
- Identifies the need for and develops implements and monitors annual sales plan detailing specific revenue and profit, plans and campaigns through data mining to achieve business objective.
- Prepares sales and profitability performance, status of product lines, marketing opportunities, competitive analysis that can affect product performance.
Client Development
- Conducts market studies and feasibility studies, identifying information needs, gathering and analyzing information for possible client expansion.
- Monitor the workflow of segments of larger projects. Beginning to develop an expertise in a particular specialty, either technical or industrial, in addition to strengthening project management skills. Assist in the analysis and implementation of systems, support practice development initiatives. Contacts lower to middle level client staff for information and data collection and may participate in client meeting.
Investment Analysis
- Evaluates effectiveness of all campaigns and activities in achieving the desired objective. Recommend alternative courses of action when appropriate.
Budget Allocation & Monitoring
- Ensures all Sales expenses are within the prescribed operating plans.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledgeable of Sales, Channel Development and Product Marketing principles and procedures.
- With Consumer and Market insights.
- Preferably with working experience in Electronics or IT Company.
- Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Excellent decision making, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
