POSITION TITLE: ICT SPECIALIST II (TECHNICAL SUPPORT)- OFFICE LOCATION: Tagum Cooperative Digos City / Area 2 Branches/Satellite Offices
- ICT Specialist II (Technical Support) is directly responsible in providing support on hardware and software systems, and repairs defective hardware in the Allied Business Units (MBA and Funecare Services). Provide assistance in the implementation of new technology solutions. Submit Management Reports and Records/Documents/Data Base Management (completeness, reliability, security of records/database) to the ICT Supervisor (Technical Support).
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in computer-related field; Computer Science, Information Technology and Computer Engineering
Experience in organization, maintenance and management of computer system, data, hardware and network.
Experience in troubleshooting and repair;
Experience in MS-SQL Server or other Database Management software;
Experience in report generation;
Experience in accounting is a plus factor;
Experience in networking and desktop publishing
Good mathematical analysis, communication skills, good learning attitude and keen and interested to learn and explore.
