Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Google Workspace Administration:
Manage and administer Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and other tools.
  • Configure user accounts, groups, and permissions to ensure proper access and security settings.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize the user experience.
  • Stay informed about updates and new features in Google Workspace and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
  • AppSheet Development:
Develop and customize business applications using AppSheet to meet specific organizational needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design application workflows, and implement solutions that streamline business processes.
Create and maintain AppSheet apps, including configuring data sources, defining views, and implementing logic using expressions and actions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and functionality of developed applications.
  • Technical Support and Training:
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for Google Workspace applications and AppSheet apps.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate users on best practices for utilizing Google Workspace and AppSheet applications.
  • Create documentation and knowledge base articles to support self-service troubleshooting and user empowerment.
  • Collaboration and Integration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Work closely with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure the integration and compliance of Google Workspace and AppSheet applications with organizational policies and standards.
Assist in the integration of Google Workspace and AppSheet applications with other systems and platforms as needed, leveraging APIs and integration tools.
  • Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant fields.
  • Preferably at minimum of 6 months solid experience in this role
With at least two AppSheet mobile apps developed from scratched
  • Experience in other mobile development is advantage
Experience in relational SQL and No-SQL databases is a must.
  • Relevant software development certifications, would be an advantage.

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
