Installation and configuration of the software.- Administration and maintenance of the system.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues. Requirements
- Minimum 5 yrs. of experience having expert proficiency IBM Content Manager on Demand software
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Proactive in questioning/challenging requirements and design decisions wherever necessary, in the interest of the long-term successful implementation journey of the solution
Self-motivated and capable of working independently on projects.
