We are looking for an
IBDP Business Management Teacher who is interested in progressive education, student-centered learning, and building relationship-driven environments. We need committed, proactive, open-minded, passionate, collaborative, and reflective teachers.
preparation, implementation, and follow-up of IB DP Business Management lessons in Grades 11-12
- regular assessment and evaluation of student performance
participation in teacher conferences and team meetings- use of digital technology in the classroom
fulfill curriculum requirements
- experienced in progressive teaching
fit to report to work in-campus on time and with a strong, professional work ethic
advocate for students learning- teaching license/certification for subject or relevant professional experience post-secondary education or relevant real-world experience in the subject area
strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
- ability to work collaboratively
enthusiasm for working with an intergenerational population- excellent organizational and communication skills
creativity, and problem-solving skills
- ability to work under pressure
motivation in professional development interest to apply contemporary pedagogical approaches in teaching
at least a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education or Business Management or related fields- with experience with handling secondary school students
preferably with experience in teaching the IB Diploma Programme
- preferably passed the L.E.T. or possesses professional qualifications
