As an Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) Advance Associate in a Global Shared Service Center, you will:
Monitors Open Items which includes assisting Invoice Processors, Business and Vendors with Invoice Processing related queries in resolution to the Open Items.
Handles Escalated Items and ensuring that it will be paid to the vendor.
Handles queries via mailboxes and tickets assigned via Ticketing tool.
Assist in sending communication cascades and gathering the responses received from internal and external stakeholders.
Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner and escalating issues as they arise.
Handles Month-End Activities and AP Reports such as GRIR, etc.
