I.T. Development Manager

As our IT Development Lead, you will be instrumental in steering and nurturing a team of Java and Python Developers and overseeing a team of Linux Administrators through their supervisor.

Your role is crucial in aligning the department with our company's vision and driving technological innovation to deliver exceptional value to our customers. Your Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:

Champion a high-performance culture among Java and Python Developers, providing mentorship and fostering collaboration.

• Direct team activities with clear goals, offering support to ensure project success.

Engage with cross-departmental teams to fulfill development requirements.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and processes.

• Project Management:

Manage software project lifecycles, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality delivery.

• Work with stakeholders to define project scopes and prioritize tasks.

• Responsibilities

Lead the team of developers

• Manage software project lifecycles

Lead creation of scalable software solutions

• Enhance data analysis through use of machine learning

• Core Essentials

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Engineering

• 5 years relevant leadership experience

2 locations leadership experience, at least one in a startup

• Have managed at least 20 FTEs

Experience in scaling and aligning different departments

• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
