Description
The Role- Oracle HCM OTBI developer would be responsible for understanding the requirements from the BA / Business users and develop reports on Oracle HCM Cloud for all the modules.
- Should have strong technical knowledge in developing Oracle Fusion OTBI & BIP Reports.
- Should have minimum functional knowledge in the below Fusion Modules.
- Oracle Core HR
- Oracle Learning
- Oracle Recruiting
- Compensation
- Absence Management
- Oracle Talent Management.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science
- At least five years of experience with Hyperion Planning/EPBCS, Essbase module along with FDM(EE) v11.1.2.4 and/or v11.2
- Development experience with Hyperion Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, FDMEE scripts is a must
- Knowledge in Financial Reporting is a plus
- Knowledge in Anaplan is a plus
- Strong organizational skills; must be able to prioritize, and multi-task
- Strong communication skills; articulate and able to communicate with associates from different functional areas and IT.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to project a positive and professional image.
- Must be able to use critical thinking skills to determine best approach to problem solving.
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Have a strong aptitude for accuracy and must be detail oriented.
- Experience in systems development within an agreed development life cycle.
