Offer after-sales support services and technical back-up as required.- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to air conditioning units and other appliances.
Stay updated with the latest product developments, technical specifications, and industry trends.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability.- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Listen to and understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Advise customers on the use, installation, and maintenance of products.
