Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Supervisor to join our team. This role is crucial for overseeing the performance development and employee engagement initiatives within the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee movement, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring that our employees are motivated and aligned with the company's goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance Development:
- Execute, and oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and management.
- Develop and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Monitor employee progress and provide guidance for career development.
Employee Movement:
- Manage internal transfers, promotions, and role changes.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Ensure that all employee movements are in line with company policies and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of employee movement and update the HR database accordingly.
Employee Engagement:
- Execute employee engagement strategies to improve workplace morale and productivity.
- Organize team-building activities, company events, and recognition programs.
- Conduct employee surveys to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and foster open communication.
General HR Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR-related issues.
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems and employee engagement practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge in graphic editing software such as Canva, Photoshop, etc.
- Knowledge in video editing software such as Adobe AfterEffects , PowerDirector, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
