About the Role
A human resources supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the HR policies and programs of an organization. They collaborate with the HR manager and other leaders to ensure that the HR strategy is in line with the business goals and vision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to address organizational needs and workforce planning.
- Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Facilitate training and development programs for the HR team.
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
- Ensure HR practices comply with legal regulations and mitigate.
- Oversee the handling of employee grievances and conflicts.
- Implement initiatives to improve employee relations and job satisfaction.
- Develop and manage succession planning and talent management strategies.
- Oversee performance management processes and career development initiatives.
- Implement strategies to retain high-performing employees.
- Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and make recommendations for adjustments.
- Ensure benefits programs meet employee needs and align with organizational goals.
- Promote and reinforce the company's values and culture.
- Lead change management initiatives and support employees through transitions.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Use data insights to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and inform strategy.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR activities.
Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- prefer with a master's degree or a professional certification, such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD.
- At least five years of experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- A good understanding of the principles of good HR practice.
- A good knowledge of Saudi labor law and government relations.
- English language is must.
- Experience using SAP Success Factors system.
