Job Description:- Recruitment: Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff. This may involve staying updated on the latest IT trends and skills.
Onboarding: Welcome and integrate new hires into the company culture and equip them with the necessary information and resources to succeed.- Training and Development: Identify and address training needs, organize training programs, and support employee development in technical and soft skills.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, handle employee concerns, and mediate conflicts. Upholding company policies and ensuring legal compliance also falls under this umbrella.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Bachelor's degree in HR or similar (preferably a master's degree).
- Relevant experience in an HR role.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong moral and ethical code.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
Excellent administrative skills.
