Job Title: Human Resources Specialist - Recruitment, Training, and MonitoringWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, designing and implementing training programs, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and organizational goals.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Training and Development:
- Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- KPI Monitoring:
- Track employee performance and engagement metrics.
Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Employee & Customer Relations:
Promote a positive work environment and organizational culture. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in recruitment, training, and KPI monitoring.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
