About the Role
- Become our in-house HR expert for the country/region and handle all people-related matters as they may relate to the EOR employee lifecycle at Skuad
- Own and drive EOR employee lifecycle: onboarding, orientation, employee support, benefits, employee exit
- Provide a high level of support to our EOR employees and be their point of contact for any HR-related queries
- Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration
- Provide a high-touch local experience where required, and help the product and operations team to create systems that can scale with Skuad
- Work with country product dev team to standardize employee life cycle structure
- Coordinate with the customers, HR Ops Lead, and CSMs to ensure customer issues are resolved in one working day
- Learn and drive Platform adoption and ensure that the processes are run on the platform

- Adherence to Onboarding/Offboarding SLAs
- OKR Dashboard of the Region
- Resolving queries within 24hrs
- Knowledge expertise of the region (score 90% and above in assessments)
- 4 hours of mandatory training to upskill yourself
- Ensuring the team's adherence to a training session
- Team's Happiness Index
What makes you a great match for us
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist, HR Ops, or in a relevant HR field
- Hands-on experience/knowledge of policy administration, Compensation & payroll is a must in the Philippines region. Knowledge of the same for multiple geographies will be a bonus
- Experience of using any known HRMS platform thoroughly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree/ MBA in Human Resources Management or similar field
- Demonstrated ability to perform in an entrepreneurial setting, working independently across multiple groups, and thriving in a high-pressure and rapidly growing environment
Note: Extensive experience in HR Operations within the Philippines is a must-have.
