This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at MCM Auxiliary System Inc. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR-related tasks. The role will involve day-to-day HR operations, managing employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and providing support to employees.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the engineering industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
