Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies as needed.
What You Bring To The Table
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving prowess and a proactive mindset.
