We are looking for a HR Specialist to support our growing APAC region. In this key role, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure in different HR areas while you assist and collaborate with HR Partners in the entire employee life cycle starting from talent acquisition to make an impact on talent development in APAC. Working in a matrix environment, you will gain hands on experience to influence and execute HR initiatives to support the organization growth and transformation, making sure that our market share in the local cybersecurity landscape keeps growing.
This position requires the person to work in our Manila office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and conducting background checks
- Lead the pre-employment and onboarding processes for new hires
- Support HR Partners with daily HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, such as providing guidance on HR policies, interpreting regulations, and developing and implementing programs to enhance employee development and retention.
- Lead internal employee communication initiatives and activities
- Promote company's reputation as a great place to work;
- Participate in HR related projects
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant working experience in HR, Recruitment is preferred
- Experience working in supporting sales organization in IT industry would be a plus
- Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve stakeholder management
- Exhibit the ability to navigate ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and deliver to commitments against a defined strategy
- Able to work independently and in a team in a dynamic environment
