Project Manager, HR Services - Service Excellence Operations

1 year contract

Work shift: Night Shift

Work Mode: Hybrid, 2 days work from office

Job Title: Project Manager, HR Services - Service Excellence Operations

This project manager/business analyst role will be involved in transitioning new processes or services into the HR shared services environment, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role will also be responsible for driving service excellence through continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Transition & Service Integration:

Manage the transition of new processes or services into the HR Services model.

Develop transition plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Coordinate with different HR functions to ensure smooth integration of services.

Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization:

Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives within HR Services.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization.

Facilitate problem-solving sessions and workshops to enhance service delivery.

Automation & Technology Integration:

Collaborate with IT and HR technology teams to identify and implement automation solutions.

Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies to streamline HR processes.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between HR Services and other HR/business units.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Provide expert advice and support on HR Services best practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience in HR project management

Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems and best practices

Familiarity with HRIS and automation tools

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities and stakeholder management

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Scrum/Agile methodology

Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, RPA preferred
