POSITION: HR & ADMIN MANAGER
JOB LOCATION: Ozamis City, Misamis Occidental
ASSIGNMENT TYPE: Full-time onsite role
SALARY BUDGET: OPEN (depending on experience and level) + allowance + HMO + 13th month bonus + government mandated benefits
JOB SUMMARY:
- He/She will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee & labor relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance with labor laws. The role also encompasses the efficient management of day-to-day office operations, including employee timekeeping, facilities management, office supplies, vendor relationships and government relations. The HR and Admin Manager ensures a positive work environment, supports employee development, and works closely with senior management to align HR and administrative strategies with business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any field
- Must have proven HR and administration management experience in the FMCG manufacturing industry
- Must be willing to work/relocate in Ozamis City, Misamis Occidental
