Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage various human resource functions while ensuring the efficient operation of office management activities. This role involves overseeing HR operations, driving employee engagement, managing teams, and ensuring that office facilities support a productive work environment. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to align HR and administrative initiatives with business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in BPO or RPO or Staffing Industry environments, bringing valuable insights to this dynamic role.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive organizational success.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate HR team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, legal standards, and internal policies, maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Monitor and execute performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and growth plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and incorporate best practices into HR policies and operations.
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a functional and efficient workplace environment.
  • Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, facility maintenance, and related services.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and administrative activities to support business operations.
  • Monitor office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
  • Address facility-related issues promptly to maintain a safe, organized, and productive workspace.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other departments to align HR and office management functions with organizational goals.

Key Skills and Systems

  • Experience with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) such as Workday, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and communication tools like Slack and Zoom.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with office management tools and vendor management processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment is preferred, providing valuable insights into managing HR functions within a fast-paced industry.
  • Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) or office management is a plus.
