Job Description

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the hiring process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
Implement and monitor employee engagement programs and activities.
  • Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Guide managers and employees on performance management and improvement plans.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions and workshops.
Promote continuous learning and development within the organization.
  • Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting HR practices.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and manage pay structure.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • HR Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
Plan and execute HR initiatives to support organizational growth and development.
  • HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity.
Prepare and present reports on HR activities and metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Proficiency with HRIS and other HR software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards.

Work Environment:


The Human Resource Manager typically works in an office setting but may need to travel occasionally for recruitment events, training sessions, or to other company locations. The role often involves interacting with employees at all levels and managing multiple HR projects simultaneously.
