As a
Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is generally required.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in human resources.

- Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding, while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor regulations.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, managing disciplinary actions, and promoting open communication channels.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and development plans to enhance employee productivity and career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs in accordance with Philippine labor standards, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Legal Compliance: Stay updated on Philippine labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices comply with local legal requirements, including DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) regulations.
- HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and employee records maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, morale, and retention, considering cultural sensitivities and preferences.
