Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field required.- Above average communication skills (written, spoken); English must be up to professional standards
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality (since HR will be dealing with people)
- Strong in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition, a must
Background in Talent Development (Training), Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations/ Labor Laws, important for the job- Must be a functional expert (HR), can speak up and present proposals and HR recommendations to the Execom
Above average computer skills (in MS Office excel, word, powerpoint)
- Exposure to Retail Industry, preferred
Experience in doing salary survey, developing salary structure, performance & competency management are plus points
