Job Description

Are you eager to kick-start your career and gain valuable hands-on experience We're looking for passionate interns to join our team! As an intern at Sales Rain, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in various duties and tasks in each department. This internship is also designed to provide you with real-world skills that will prepare you for future career success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial screenings.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, scheduling orientations, and facilitating introductions.
Participate in employee relations activities, including handling inquiries, conducting research, and drafting communications.
  • Assist in HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and organizing files.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including policy development, training programs, and employee engagement activities.

  • Learning Objectives:
Gain practical experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork through hands-on projects and assignments.
Learn about HR best practices, policies, and compliance requirements in a professional work environment.

  • Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be amenable to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.Must be able to complete 600 hours.
