Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
