About Training:
Your duties and assignments for this position are as follows:
- Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Help coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date HR documentation and compliance records
- Contribute to special HR projects as assigned by your HR Supervisor
- Provide support in HR initiatives aimed at improving processes and employee satisfaction
- Maintain and update employee records ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
