Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented Human Resources (HR) Manager/Director to manage our HR functions and foster a positive company culture in our Lean SaaS tech company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee engagement, retention, and development.

Responsibilities:


Develop and implement HR policies and programs.
Track and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
Address employee issues and foster a positive work environment.

Skills and Experience:


Five or more years of proven experience in HR management or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
Experience in a Lean SaaS fast-paced environment is a plus.
