Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and programs.
Track and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
Address employee issues and foster a positive work environment.
Skills and Experience:
Five or more years of proven experience in HR management or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
Experience in a Lean SaaS fast-paced environment is a plus.
