Pag-asa Steel seeks an HR Generalist who will be responsible for overseeing activities related to the HRM function.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Law, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant prior experience
- At least ten (5) years experience in the human resources function as a specialist and generalist
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the various HR functions including staffing and recruitment process, performance management, training and development process, succession planning, employee and labor relations
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, as well as health and safety protocols
- Experience working in manufacturing and corporate office set-up preferred; prior experience in construction, real estate, and heavy industrials may also be considered
- Strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and email software mandatory; HRIS a plus
- Willing to be assigned to on-site at Manggahan and/or Pinagbuhatan in Pasig
