As an HR Generalist for One Nadela, you will be working with both One Nadela Medical Group and One Nadela Dental Lounge.
Job Responsibilities
Facilitate the full cycle recruitment- Ensure all employees are following the company's code of conduct
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies and procedures
- Conduct training to new hires in the company
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Job Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist
Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Has the initiative to do tasks and report to the management
* Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Applications
