JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the day-to-day office operations of the office in Cebu
- Act as the point person in any admin concerns or tasks in Cebu office
- Assist in handling and organizing 201 files in Cebu office
- Ensure that pre-employment requirements of successful candidates are submitted completely
- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
- Prepare COEs and other relevant documents for employees when needed
- Conducts employment verifications/background checking in Cebu
- Ensure an organized, clean, and tidy workspaces
- Assist in the preparation of the office events and as requested by the client
- Prepare Notices relating to employee and labor relations (NTE, NOD, etc.)
- Investigate reported admin cases of the employees (Incident Reports)
- Assist in addressing the concerns of the employees
- Collaborate with the HR Officer and/or other Officers in Cebu and Manila to complete necessary projects or tasks
- Prepare reports for any HR-related tasks
- Handle petty cash of the Cebu office
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time of the immediate supervisor and Management.
