General Description:
The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role within the Human Resources department, serving as a versatile professional handling various HR function. They are responsible for supporting the organization in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and other administrative tasks. The HR Generalist ensures that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
The HR Generalist in IPS handles all facets of HR from recruitment to compben and supports all locations where IPS is operating.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
2.Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
3.Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisal processes, provide support to managers in setting performance objectives, and facilitate feedback sessions.
4.Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize training sessions, and support employee development initiatives.
5.Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations, and update policies as necessary.
6.Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, answer employee inquiries, and facilitate enrollment processes.
7.HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process paperwork related to hiring, terminations, and other employment changes, and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
8.HR Metrics and Reporting: Compile HR metrics and prepare reports to monitor key HR indicators and trends.
9.Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to foster employee engagement, morale, and retention within the organization.
10.Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance in all HR activities.

Work Experiences Requirements:
Typically requires 2-5 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Experience in a generalist role or similar capacity is preferred.
Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software is advantageous.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
