The Human Resources Head oversees the over-all function of the department such as recruitment, employee records, benefits, training, performance management, organizational development, employee relations, and administrative tasks such as budget management and HRIS implementation.
- Oversees recruitment process from selection to deployment.
- Formulates recruitment strategies and conducts interviews.
- Coordinates with management on salary negotiations and offers.
- Approves all recruitment activities and reports.
- Employee Records Management:
- Ensures updated and secure employee files.
- Manages notices, employment clearances, and exit interviews.
- Benefit Administration:
- Manages government reports and claims.
- Oversees uniform and health benefits administration.
- Reviews bereavement assistance and rewards programs.
- Training and Development:
- Manages training budget and schedules.
- Organizes internal training events and approves attendance records.
- Performance Management System (PMS):
- Ensures timely employee evaluations and compliance with procedures.
- Organizational Development:
- Develops HR manuals and policies.
- Maintains organizational charts and plans succession.
- Employee Relations:
- Chairman of Industrial Relation Committee and ensures compliance with regulations.
- Other Administrative Functions:
- Manages HR department's balance scorecard and budget.
- Oversees HRIS implementation.
