Job Description

The Human Resources Head oversees the over-all function of the department such as recruitment, employee records, benefits, training, performance management, organizational development, employee relations, and administrative tasks such as budget management and HRIS implementation.
  • Recruitment Selection:

  • Oversees recruitment process from selection to deployment.

  • Formulates recruitment strategies and conducts interviews.

  • Coordinates with management on salary negotiations and offers.

  • Approves all recruitment activities and reports.
  • Employee Records Management:

  • Ensures updated and secure employee files.

  • Manages notices, employment clearances, and exit interviews.
  • Benefit Administration:

  • Manages government reports and claims.

  • Oversees uniform and health benefits administration.

  • Reviews bereavement assistance and rewards programs.
  • Training and Development:

  • Manages training budget and schedules.

  • Organizes internal training events and approves attendance records.
  • Performance Management System (PMS):

  • Ensures timely employee evaluations and compliance with procedures.
  • Organizational Development:

  • Develops HR manuals and policies.

  • Maintains organizational charts and plans succession.
  • Employee Relations:

  • Chairman of Industrial Relation Committee and ensures compliance with regulations.
  • Other Administrative Functions:

  • Manages HR department's balance scorecard and budget.

  • Oversees HRIS implementation.
