Responsible for assisting and attending employee with their employment concerns such as contracts, policies and procedures and benefits.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensures that accurate new personnel information will be enter at Employee Data Report
- Responsible for SSS transactions such as Sickness Notification & Reimbursement, Maternity Notification & Reimbursement, SSS Loan Application and SSS R1-A Report in coordination with accounting personnel
- Responsible for PHIC transactions such as PHIC enrollment and declaration report (ER2) and CF1 in coordination with accounting personnel
- Responsible for BIR transactions such as BIR 1902 and BIR 2305 in coordination with accounting personnel
- Responsible for HDMF transactions such as HDMF loan application or any related business transaction
