JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for aligning business objectives with leadership in designated departments, lines, and sections, in Pioneer Group for Organization Design and Development. The position formulates partnerships across HR functions to design and deliver value-added services that reflect and support the achievement of the business objectives of the organization.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
People and Organization Development Consultant
- Manages relationship with Organization and Department Heads to enable competency development aligned with their organizational culture and strategic direction that will enable the achievement of their business objectives.
- Analyzes organization design and development needs for business units and individual executive leadership needs that will maximize, control and effectively monitor training investment.
- Provides relevant solutions using data analysis, business knowledge, and organizational agility
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Provides consulting and coaching to departmental leaders and managers to support the businesss vision, mission, and overall objectives including people guidance when appropriate.
- Delivers a comprehensive and consumer-driven people service, aligning both people management and business strategies.
- Conducts and is involved in meetings with respective partners.
- Works closely with leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Ensures leadership alignment in strategic plans, implementation culture and engagement programs or practices.
HR Point of Contact/Representative
- Collaborates with OD internal team for the design, development, and implementation of the identified needs.
- Collects responses and updates to bring to client on progress of the OD interventions.
- Leads the implementation and execution of proposed projects in relation to organization design and development attain business objectives.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the OD units to develop solutions, programs, and policies for the partners.
- Reviews the proposals (Training Curricula, Culture initiative, Employee Engagement, and HR projects) prepared by internal OD partners and the compliance with set standards and by validating the objectives of individual programs under the curriculum against the organizations business objectives/strategies/results of DNA.
Program Design, Delivery and Management
- Designs organization development programs and interventions from the scoping outcomes and manages program or project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing.
- Facilitates the program and workshops that requires his / her subject matter expertise.
- Manages the execution of programs with multiple cross functional contributors in OD.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Any 4-year bachelors degree
- At least 5 years experience in similar roles
- At least 2 years project management experience.
- At least 2 years HR generalist or OD practitioner.
- Excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
- Knowledgeable in organization development concepts, principles, tools and practices.
- General HR knowledge including manpower planning, job profiling, organization design.
- Facilitation, consulting and basic coaching skills.
