Implements strategic programs and initiatives of the assigned account/ organizational unit and relates its contribution to the overall business plans of the company
Develops manpower strategy and resourcing plan
Provides inputs and recommendations to the corporate workforce planning
Understands the organization's HR needs and coordinates with COEs
Designs and conducts restructuring and re-organization programs
Develops talent management strategy and identifies interventions
Provides administrative and analytical support in employee movements, payroll and benefits administration, and other HR core programs
Qualifications:
Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology, Management, Social Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or relevant course
With at least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with strong background in HR business partnering or organization development
With knowledge in manpower planning, talent management, organization development, talent attraction and/ or change management
